What is the Return Policy on Victor Standing Desks?
Standing Desks and Accessories may be returned within 30 days of receipt for any reason. The return shipping is at the customers expense. If you return the product in its original packaging, in sellable condition, with no damage, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. It is critical the product is repackaged in the same manner as when it arrived. If the product requires repackaging, there will be a restocking fee of up to $50. Please call Customer Service to find out what the restocking fee is on your specific standing desk product.
What is the Warranty Policy on Victor Standing Desks?
Your new Victor standing desk product is guaranteed to the original purchaser for a three (3) year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty is intended to cover malfunctions solely due to manufacturing defects.
Product is not eligible for warranty coverage when damage or defect is a result of accident, abuse, or the elements. Damage cannot be from normal wear and tear, ignoring product instructions and warnings, modifications not approved by Victor Technology, or rental usage.
If your product is eligible, Victor Technology will determine whether to provide replacement parts, authorize repairs (at an authorized Victor Service Center), or replace the product. If it is determined that the product should be returned, all shipping costs to the Victor Technology location are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
If the product returned is found to be covered by the limited warranty, shipping charges for products or components under warranty back to the original purchaser will be paid for by Victor Technology. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, other northern Canada addresses, and locations outside of the United States. Call to find out if your location is covered.

Warranty is non‐transferrable.

How do I apply my sales tax exempt certificate to my order?
Tax exempt certificates are only required for the State of Illinois. Please contact us at email@example.com. All other orders outside of Illinois are automatically tax exempt.

What does the “E” on my display mean?
The “E” stands for “Error”. This problem can usually be resolved by resetting your calculator. Visit our Product Manuals page and locate your model number. Click on Product Manuals or Quick Start Guide for instructions on how to reset your calculator.
What should I do if my paper arms break?
Paper arms can be purchased from our Supplies page. Locate your model number and find the paper arm set that matches it. You can also purchase paper arms by contacting our Customer Care Center.
What should I do if my paper tear breaks?
If your paper tear breaks, the paper tear and cover will need to be replaced. Please contact our customer service department at (630) 628-2420 to see if your model is in stock.
How do I order ink?
Ink ribbons and rollers for each model can be found and purchased from our Supplies page. Locate your model number and find the ink ribbon or roller that matches it.
