Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? 

Once your order confirmation is received, you are not able to make changes to your order.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal and other secure payment options for a smooth checkout experience.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I track my order? 

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy? 

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Products must be returned in original condition with all packaging included. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within two business days. All returns must have an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) included, contact The Victor Care Team to obtain an RMA #. Returns sent back unauthorized may not be honored or result in a restock fee and/or outbound freight deduction if applicable.   

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Do your products come with a warranty? 

Yes. Most Victor Technology® products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product, contact The Victor Care Team to confirm if your product is covered under warranty.

How do I reset my calculator?

To reset your calculator, simply locate the reset button on the bottom or in the battery compartment. Still having trouble? View your model’s product manual to locate the reset button. Each product page has a download manual button on it.

Are your standing desks height-adjustable for both sitting and standing? 

Yes, our Victor Tech Desks are ergonomically designed for full adjustability between seated and standing positions.

Do you offer assembly instructions or setup videos for your standing desks? 

Yes, product pages often include downloadable manuals and setup videos.

Why is my printing calculator only printing red ink? 

Check for the foam protector under the printing cover and remove it to restore normal ink function. 

How do I choose the right SHARP® calculator?

Why won’t my printing calculator turn on? 

This could be due to a power surge or low battery. Try resetting the device, replacing batteries, or using a power source.

Why is my calculator displaying an “E”? 

An “E” indicates an error or overload. Resetting the calculator should fix it.

Are calculators solar or battery powered? 

We offer a variety of models: some are battery-powered, others solar-powered, and many use a hybrid of both. 

Are Officemate® products eco-friendly? 

Yes, we offer recycled and PVC-free options such as file organizers, paper clips, and desk accessories. 

What Officemate® products are Made in the USA? 

Products made in Edison, NJ USA include:

Where can I find SHARP® calculator manuals? 

Product manuals download buttons can be found on each product page if there is a manual or specification sheet that goes with the product. All SHARP® calculators product pages should and will have a product manual button.

How do I avoid ink transfer on name cards?

To ensure ink does not transfer in name card sleeve, use a permanent or embedded-type ink that becomes part of the name card surface. Ensure the printed surface is completely dry or use a laminate over the name cards. Please note that Seat Sack® is not responsible for transferred ink. Please contact the company that creates the ink to find out how to remove.

How to avoid tears in name card sleeves?

Name Card Sleeves are for name cards, they are not designed as a lifting tool for the Seat Sack®. Teaching students to not pull or lift the Seat Sack® by the sleeve will ensure longevity of the name card sleeve.
